Day three – morning

I lost 2.6 lbs overnight. Clearly water. This is great. Before the elimination diet, I went on kind of a binge, one that my nutritionist referred to as my “own personal fat Tuesday.” It lasted about a week and a half. I was shocked to see that from that little splurge i gained five pounds. Now at least I can see part of that was water too.

I’m still pretty depressed about eating turkey, and about not eating babycakes, chocolate sodas, watermelon, and some other things.
